At Biogenyx Research Labs, customer satisfaction and product integrity are important to us. Due to the sensitive nature of research products, we maintain strict quality-control and safety procedures for all orders.

Returns

For safety, sterility, and quality assurance reasons, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or handled products.

Returns may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Missing items in shipment
  • Order issues caused by shipping errors

To qualify for review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and products
  • Description of the issue

Refunds & Replacements

Approved cases may qualify for:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund

Refunds are issued only after the claim has been reviewed and approved by our support team.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Incorrect reconstitution or misuse
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by courier services once shipped
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Issues

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with the courier to investigate the shipment.

Biogenyx Research Labs is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier
  • Customs delays or seizures
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
